Here at chichairpieces, we understand our customer’s concerns about privacy and discretion, so we will do everything we could to ensure our packages are discreet. Every parcel we ship out will be by plain or simple decoration cardboard boxes, nothing to mark pubic hair or merkin. And all our shipping labels will show lace hair products instead of vagina wigs.

We can not change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. chichairpieces reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping times and speeds

In order to cut down sale prices, we use flat ordinary shipping directly send from our factory warehouse. All pubic wigs, eyebrows, and mustache sales on our online store are plenty in stock and will ship out the same day you place the order except for days delays on holidays.

We mainly use E-packet, Yanwen special line, and Shunfeng express which mainly take about 12-25 days to deliver by flat shipping, but for orders over 99USD, we choose to use fast Express like FedEx, DHL, or UPS which usually take 3-7 working days. But shipping time does not guarantee the package arrival time.

by using flat ordinary shipping, we are capable of shipping our products worldwide free within a reasonable time period. We mainly ship our products to the United States, Europe, and Asia.

What if the item breaks during the shipping?

in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, chichairpieces will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 36 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will take care of the rest.

For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we can. Please remain calm and polite throughout the broken items replacement process, being angry about the situation will not speed up the process.
